What can you expect?
This weekend course is for those who wish to explore the many possibilities of acrylic painting.
Whether you want to paint abstract or figurative – whether you’re almost a beginner or have experience – this course will give you fundamental understanding and skills that take you deeper into the world of art and creativity.
After the course, you’ll have skills that give you a clear path to continue with your own expression and style.
The course will also be a cozy and rewarding community experience, filled with laughter, joy, and a relaxed atmosphere. 🙂
We will work with:
• Color theory: we take as a starting point Apelles’ 4-color palette, where you’ll gain deeper insight into how colors work together, are used in practice, and how they affect each other.
• Composition and image structure – how to create balance and depth in your works.
• Light and contrast – introduction to working with light, shadow, and mood.
• Techniques: you’ll get insight into various painting techniques you can play with and try out during the course.
With space for a maximum of 15 participants, there is focus on both individual guidance and a creative, welcoming community.
