Payment: Mindmachine accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard.

We do not charge card fees. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

Shipping:

Mindmachine Clothing with Art Prints and Posters are produced only after your order is placed and then shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, which may result in a longer delivery time, typically between 5-21 business days from the time of order.

This applies throughout the EU.

For sales in Denmark, free shipping is available for clothing with Art prints and for posters.

When buying Original Paintings, the prices are without shipping costs. It’s possible to pick up the original art work your self, at the Mindmachine Art gallery, Buchwaldsgade 51C, first floor, 5000 Odense C. Right of Withdrawal As a private consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of multiple batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or part. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to inform us that you want to withdraw your purchase.

You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also informing us. Partial Withdrawal of Purchase If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Note that you will not be refunded shipping costs if you withdraw part of your purchase.

Return Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transportation. Condition of the Item When Returned If the item has lost value due to you using it in a way other than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you will only receive a partial refund. The amount you can receive back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only receive the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item. Refund of Purchase Amount If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. The payment will only be executed once we have received the item.

Refund If a refund has been agreed upon, please provide your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount. Warranty Claims When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply. This means that you have a warranty for 24 months. If your warranty claim is justified, it means that you can either get a replacement, a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. You must make a claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you make a claim within two months of discovering the defect, the claim will always be timely. The item must always be returned in proper packaging.
